By booking services through Arrive & Unwind Clearwater, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Arrive & Unwind Clearwater provides vacation arrival setup services including pickup coordination, delivery, organization, and curated setup experiences for vacation rentals in the Clearwater, Florida area.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Placing and paying for all pickup orders directly through retailers

• Providing accurate pickup information and timing

• Ensuring vacation rental access instructions are correct

• Confirming all order details before pickup

Arrive & Unwind Clearwater is not responsible for store inventory issues, substitutions, delayed retailer fulfillment, or incorrect retailer orders.

Access To Rental Property

Guests must provide valid access instructions prior to scheduled setup time. If access cannot be obtained, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.

Alcohol Orders

Guests including alcohol in pickup orders must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all retailer age verification requirements.

All alcoholic beverages remain sealed during setup service.

Setup & Styling

Setup styling may vary based on rental layout, available space, and order contents. Images shown on the website or social media are examples and may not represent exact setups.

Food Preparation

Some add-on services may include light food preparation such as garnish prep, taco bar setup, or sandwich/topping preparation. Guests are responsible for reviewing any allergy or dietary concerns related to food items purchased through retailers.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled service may qualify for partial refunds.

Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service may be non-refundable due to reserved scheduling and preparation time.

Delays & Availability

Arrive & Unwind Clearwater is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Retailer pickup delays

• Traffic

• Weather

• Vacation rental access issues

• Third-party service interruptions

We will always do our best to communicate delays and adjust timing when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Arrive & Unwind Clearwater is not liable for:

• Retailer order inaccuracies

• Missing retailer items

• Product defects

• Vacation rental conditions

• Third-party delays

Liability is limited to the amount paid directly for services booked through Arrive & Unwind Clearwater.

Services are currently available within Clearwater and select surrounding areas.
